Village of Glendale Residents

The Village of Glendale is a primarily residential community with a rich history and picturesque architecture. The Village was one of the first planned communities in the United States with its curvilinear streets conforming to the topography of the land around them. Today, Glendale is a tight-knit community of longtime residents known by name throughout the Village and newcomers looking to start their own Glendale history.

Residents of the Village of Glendale enjoy resident focused public services, including full service Police and Fire Departments as well as dedicated and hard working administrative staff, Public Works and Utility Departments. Always happy to help or answer even the simplest of questions, the employees of the Village of Glendale focus on providing services for all residents and businesses. The Village government, made up of a Mayor and six Councilmembers, works diligently to ensure the Village is a happy and safe place for all.
